Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment and any tax-exempt documentation is received.

Shipping Method: All orders ship via tracked courier service (UPS, FedEx, or similar), with tracking details sent to your email once dispatched.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.

Condition Requirements: All panels, accessories, and packaging must be in new, undamaged condition for a full refund.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

All panels and accessories connect magnetically—no additional clips or fasteners needed. Lightweight construction makes setup, rearrangement, and storage quick and easy. Felt packs are supplied in uncut sheets; individual pieces separate easily by cutting the tabs.
